Courses are delivered live and in person, with small groups to allow tailored coaching.

We also recreate real broadcast scenarios using professional radio and TV equipment, either at your place or ours.

This is a practical, hands-on course focused on real-world communication, not theory. You’ll work with experienced trainers and journalists to build confidence, sharpen messages and handle pressure calmly and clearly.

Depending on level and role, the course covers:

  • Developing clear, confident key messages that cut through

  • Understanding how journalists think and what makes news

  • Handling live and pre-recorded TV, radio, podcast and video interviews

  • Communicating effectively across digital, print, social and broadcast media

  • Taking control of interviews and landing your points under pressure

  • Managing difficult or unexpected questions

  • Presenting confidently on camera - in person or remotely

  • Practical interview exercises with supportive, constructive feedback

We work with small groups for maximum impact, and also offer one-to-one coaching for senior leaders with busy diaries.
